- 1Visit the Volunteer Tent. Tent staff confirm your name and shift on SignUpGenius and give you a wristband and job slip.
- 2Get your role instructions. Tent staff contact your Area Lead for placement. Tap Find my role to see your job and lead in BandTogether.
- 3Report to your lead. Go where tent staff send you. Water/Trash is roaming: tent staff will contact the Water/Trash Lead for your assignment and reporting location. Golf-cart transportation may be arranged.

Go to the Volunteer Tent and tell the tent staff your name. Walk-ins: ask for the coordinator in the tent. You don't need a phone for any of this.

End of the day
Adults help with released areas (pizza-box breakdown, trash and similar) as the schedule permits. Students help with cleanup only after awards and the on-field dance party finish and Jake releases them. Your Area Lead will tell you when.
