We're Marching in London.

Band Family,

We are so excited to officially share that the Topsail High School Marching Pirates have been invited to march in the 42nd Annual London New Year's Day Parade on January 1, 2028.

We are incredibly honored to represent our school, Pender County Schools, and the state of North Carolina on an international stage. The band was nominated and officially selected for this opportunity, and the original nomination was done unbeknownst to anyone in the band, making this invitation even more special for our program.

This opportunity would not be possible without the support of Dr. Sasscer, Dr. Breedlove, and Dr. Taylor, whose belief in the transformative power of music education has helped make this opportunity a reality. We are also extremely grateful to our Music Boosters organization for their continued financial support throughout this process.
